Francisco's Mexican Cantina is Canberra's first restaurant that offers authentic Mexican cuisine.  The set menu offers most of the traditional favourites such as Enchiladas, Burritos, Fajitas, Tacos, Chimichangas and Albondigas, while the blackboard has regular specials that included Chilli Rellenos, Enfrijoladas, Seafood Burritos and many other interesting dishes.  All of our recipes have a blend of herbs, spices and chillies to create unique spicy flavours without necessarily being hot.  We also make all of our sauces (Colorado, Salsa Verde, Chipotle) using fresh chillies and other natural ingredients to ensure that our customers experience the authentic tastes of Mexico.

Francisco's also has a large range of Mexican beers, Margarita's and our very popular homemade Sangria which will compliment any meal.
